They were all great, things went smooth
Accuracy, professionalism of Lesly Baum & Mykela, ease of going through the process, and timely manner of receiving services of PennyMac.
It was a bit of lack in communication between the different departments involved. Sara was awesome and always showed enthusiasm and care about my inquiries. However the financial department up to this moment did not corrected the amount of the new loan which still reflect more than 1K above the correct number. Also Notary personal despite being very cordial appeared to work independent from the loan officer ( Sara) who was not current in certain changes that were made prior to sign the closing.
Communication was clear and Austin was accessible.
