Marques Lusk was very rude to me on the phone and hung up on me before I could finish. He was unprofessional asking for my SSN before telling me who he was. He made a decent experience horrible.
There was Miss quoted facts documents had to be done over the amount that was supposed to be given to me was wrong and the closing was passed the 15th from what I understand causing me an additional interest and late fees very bad on handling combat veterans loans. I will not use your loan company again. I will let my Veterans Organization know too.
