The experience was clear and easy to understand
As an existing excellent customer, I would have expected PennyMac to give me the best available interest rates for my refinancing. I didn’t expect that I would have to look elsewhere to get better rates for PennyMac to match. That was very disappointing. Other than that, the experience was very good.
Nekita and Wesley were always professional and were able to answer all my questions on time. I’ve already recommended them to a few friends of mine.
