The communication at the end of the year and through the holidays was extremely slow. Not within the "48 hours" stated on emails. Original load officer was rarely in contact when I reached out. The entire process took almost 4 months.
Customer service.
The communication between agent and myself was great.When I had a question it was answered promptly and accurately.Agent would keep me informed about any paperwork needed.Was great to work with Greg.
Awesome guidance and support, Josh in Plano (from Hawaii) was very helpful and thorough, all Penny Mac employees provided excellent service.
