Great communication, great rates, low refinance costs, great experience.
My experience was terrific and I always felt like professionals were taking care of my documents at all times. Because of this I never had any serious doubts about my whole refinance processes. Nicholas Hagan was amazing and because of his role in my paperwork everything went smoothly. Penny Mac has an array of amazing agents who genuinely care about you and you’re needs.
I have even faxed in the documents to cancel the closing twice and have heard nothing this is along with an email. I do not want to do business with your company and do not want my loan refinanced. I want to stick to the original loan so I can find a different lender/broker. This was a terrible process and I want nothing more to do with Penny Mac entirely. The closing date was months behind, the information represented was inaccurate, there was a lack of communication after dozens of emails
Better communications, I had to initiate communications. Not having to deal with many different agents. People not making assumptions. Repetitive questions from different agents.
I was very happy to do a refinance with PennyMac Loan Services. They made me feel comfortable throughout the process and made me feel proud that I had succeeded with my goals to get to this point where I had made the correct financial choices to be able to get a better deal on my current loan. They kept me notified throughout and I was able to supply them with the documents they requested on the same day they asked for them so the process seemed like it flowed easily.
The experience was great.
