Ryan Tang provided outstanding service which made the refinance process smooth and stress free.
The whole process took about 3 weeks. The Mac team kept me informed during the whole process. The couple of questions I had were answer quickly and accurately. Closing at my home went smoothly. I have already recommended you to a neighbor.
Everything was smooth with submitting paperwork and weekly updates for the first 3 weeks. Then calls were not returned and I found out my loan application was about to be cancelled for “my lack of communication”- even though I had left various unreturned calls. Fortunately, another staff member and the loan officer were prompt in resolving the misunderstanding and get my loan closed promptly. I’m grateful how the loan closed as expected and very disappointed how close it was to not closing.
It was smooth and easy
The Service was quick and easy.
We gave permission for PennyMac to do two refinances for us at the same time. They never moved forward with the larger of the two refinances, even though we were clear that we had given permission. Our calls and concerns have still not been addressed, we were rarely able to speak with the same person twice, and we have now had to start the whole process over with another local servicer because PM can't be bothered to get back to us.
