Great people who can clearly communicate expectations!
Had a closing setup and there was a no show. Had another appt setup to close and they asked for money to close when i had zero closing costs. the third attempt was also messed up as my partner was not on the deed as requested. However, the staff quickly jumped on all issues to help solve them. Still waiting on the deep update.
Erik Bates and Austin Evans were both very easy to work with, polite, and prompt in answering my questions. It was a very easy process.
