While there were some problems with the closing documents originally, my closing team was quick to correct the issue and get everything on track to close as quick as possible.
I had a couple problems during the process, one was I emailed and asked if I should make my payment for the current month and never received a response and the second problem was the amount I requested from MY equity was short of the amount I requested with no explanation why.
The process was simple and moved fast. Great Experience.
Storm Wilcox did a great job with my streamline refinance! Couldn’t have been easier. I was very pleased with the entire process.
The closing process would have been better if the closing documentation was provided all at once. There were multiple occasions in which documents were forgotten by the title company or the closing department and I had to print and sign them separately. These mistakes caused my closing date to be delayed. The process was clear if followed correctly, however it was disorganized when it came to being prepared with all the documentation needed from me.
