Linda Harris was amazing!! She held our hands throughout the entire process. She was very prompt when responding to our questions. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Linda communicated well and helped us over every hurdle. We are very grateful for Linda and the rest of the PennyMac team for making our refinance as stress free as possible.
I expected better explanation when I called to enquire about some of the fees, costs, credits I was seeing on the updated paperwork which was not there in the estimate. The person I spoke with was short with no helpful answers. I gave up trying to understand the let it go.
Abdul was amazing to work with. He was informative, transparent, and respectful.
Andrew was very helpful. Though there were some glitches along the way, he patiently worked with us to get the loan completed.

There was no hiccups once Mr. C. Franklin and Mr. R. Candelaria got involved with my refinance. I enjoyed working with both of them and they made my loan experience smooth. If either of them had a question they didn't hesitate to give me a call. I'm very thankful and look forward to my future with PennyMac, thanks!
