The process would have been better if thame parties involved payed close attention to the documents that were requested and if the process that was laid out initially had been followed. I would not highly recommend this process as I experienced it.

Chris was amazing at making sure I understood everything about the loan, and made himself available for any questions I had even after his job was done!
I had to go to a competitor to get fees waived, then you guys waived the some of the fees so I stayed with penny mac. I also contacted the VA they told me to walk away from penny mac because they were taking advantage of me with all those fees, you don't do that to a veteran. Very disappointed in the service.
