Pennymac made my Refinancing easy. I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. But, it was quick and easy.
More clarity of communication about required documentation in a timely fashion and if documentation wasn’t accurate or correct more timely and clear communication about it, especially when the loan team understood the requested time frame and all parties (realtor / borrower / seller) we’re trying to resolve in a timely fashion and not hold needs until 2 days prior to closing.
