Good communication and information
The entire process was very easy no problem submitting documents or whatever the team need and the communication was great.
Every aspect of the loan experience was handled in a professional manner, puntional, polite, and a pleasure to do buisness with.
The process took over 2 months in total for a refinance, and it was with the title review department for over a month. I had to call multiple times a week to keep the ball rolling and got the same answer every time. I was asked a dozen times the same question and provided the answer both over the phone and in writing.
Simple and fairly quick process. The only hiccup was some of the individuals we spoke with regarding questions in our closing disclosure... they didn't exactly know the answers to our questions, and instead of finding someone who did they just tried to BS us. Other than that, great process.
The refi was done timely and without a lot of confusion. Thank you PennyMac.
