The constant communication and getting answers to my was great. Even when the process moved down the line Karen was still accessible.
The loan closed approximately four-five business days earlier than originally applied for. The loan officer was very prompt in relaying all communication between her and I. The rate and support I received from PennyMac was second to none!
I started the ReFi process on my own (because first time was a breeze) in November 2019 but didn't close until February 2020. I understand there were holiday's around the process but feel that it shouldn't have taken that much longer to process and then there were hiccups with the paperwork as well. Also, there were so many different people that I ended up speaking with and having to explain previous conversations to - that was a bit much.

Please develop a list of documents required to close upfront. The problem was the constant back and forth on additional documents which deviated from the original communication. So everyday it was one more thing required.. this went on for (5) days.
The process was excellent.
