The convenience and ease of the process
Evan was awesome. I called cause my check had not cleared that I mailed three weeks earlier. Evan checked on that and then askde if I had about 15 minutes cause he thought he could save us thousands on our mortgage. I listened and it was amazing. 1.25% reduction in interest rate.
