The representatives I spoke with were proffessional, and helpful. I felt the process was well organized and everyone was on the same page.
Reid was the ONLY person who knows his job and how to do it well. After having my first application canceled because the person handling the documents dropped the ball, then the second person continually requested documents that were already submitted. The final straw was when I gave exact date and time the document was sent and to whom to contact regarding the email. I was asked to request them for her myself and send it to her! Your system is broken, team lazy. Reid is the best you have.
Communication needs to improve. We had to call many times and find out what was required of us instead of penny Mac calling us to inform us what they needed. Many documents were uploaded by us and asked for again multiple times.
PennyMac home loan representatives Amir Rizvi, and Luz Ortiz are knowledgeable, and very professional before, during, and after our home loan refinanced. We would definitely recommend PennyMac to all my family, and friends for home loan because of their excellent service. Thanks a lot! The Herrera's
