I was informed throughout the whole process, and anyone I talked were very professional. The whole experience was great.
After I submit the refinancing application, I received four times about "Payoff Demand Statement." I was not sure what it is. Of course, Gwendolyn Wheaton and Taylor Fiorelli helped me nicely to figure out what it is. But, PennyMac definitely needs to have careful attention about it. It is not clear why unnecessary statement sent me multiple times.
