Closed quicker than promised, also all questions were answered , representative was extremely professional and patient.
First and foremost the process was extremely smooth. The constant contact via phone calls and emails were very helpful and specific enough to streamline the process.

The closing on our refinance was done in a timely manner and they even sent a notary to me at my convenience to sign the paperwork. I am so thankful my home loan is in good hands with PennyMac.
