Andrew was incredible! A great advocate and informative. I'm so glad we had someone so patient & knowledgeable working on our ReFi!!
Andrew was very approachable and explained everything. The docs sent more than once had nothing to do with him but something internally. Even when I got frustrated and took it out on Andrew he never stopped assisting and being professional.
My service with Ammie Mack was great. This survey does not reflect her and the job she did. My first loan officer (Ryan Tang) was absolutely unprofessional. Most of the time when I called him he didn’t even know who I was. I was actually asked one time by him “how did you get my personal line”. Half way through I had to switch loan officers and my loan was dealt with in a more professional way. Had I not been on a time crunch I wouldn’t have continued with pennymac
Information was clear. Loan was processed in a minimal amount of time.
Alfred and the team were very much on top of everything. I had one minor challenge but that was quickly satisfied after a follow up discussion with Alfred and Elizabeth.
