They respond quick! The process finished about a month which was during Christmas holidays.
At the start Mr. Franklin was very nice explained things etc. Then we got turned over to another person. From then on out we didn’t receive the updates as promised.
Was very impressed with Mark Mitchell. He was extremely helpful, especially with filling out the paperwork. I am not good with the computer. Thanks, Mark!!
