The process from start to finish couldn’t have been smoother. Very happy!
I had to call many times to get answers to questions; Most times I had to leave a message, that resulted in almost no call backs. Financial numbers kept changing throughout the process, and I could not get answers as to why. It wasn't until I almost pulled the plug and took my business elsewhere did I start getting better attention.
Had a closing setup and there was a no show. Had another appt setup to close and they asked for money to close when i had zero closing costs. the third attempt was also messed up as my partner was not on the deed as requested. However, the staff quickly jumped on all issues to help solve them. Still waiting on the deep update.
Julia and Elisabeth were responsive and helpful. The process was great! Very organized and dimple. Julia and Elisabeth were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Was in the process of almost closing with another lender when I talked to Julia. She was able to obtain terms mu h better than the other lender, so I went with PennyMac. Great experience that left me very satisfied.
Pia and Rosario were very efficient with replying calls, emails, and questions that we had. They did and excellent job.
There was some confusion with the closing documents that were resolved quickly. Uploads just sat there I dont think anyone gets an alert that you have submitted documents. The loan status page has no status only a upload section Everything was relatively easy. I would use this service again.
PennyMac has always been a good company to work with. The people are always kind and professional. I found the DocuSign website a little difficult at times, being unable to see if documents were actually received.
Very quick and professional. It was so easy. The team I worked with was incredible. Will definitely recommend you to friend and family. Thank you.
Did not keep sellers appraised of the process , as a result they lost trust in us as buyers
