It was easy and not a lot of runaround
My dealings directly with Ryan Tang were as informative and pleasant as I had hoped and expected. However, when other staff members became involved, I more often than not received inaccurate information, which would require my resorting to contacting Ryan, for ultimate clarification, which was always forthcoming, in an exemplary manner. I definitely sensed a certain lack of urgency, direction and coherence in the performance of the support team.

While there were some problems with the closing documents originally, my closing team was quick to correct the issue and get everything on track to close as quick as possible.
