I made an attempt to refinance last year, and the experience was unpleasant. I actually wanted to refinance with another company until Mr. Gilbert Herrera reached out to me and assured me that this time around would be different. Mr. Herrara and his team were responsive, polite, knowledgeable, and they quickly worked to close on my loan in a timely manner. Stellar service was provided from the beginning to the end.
