Maybe it was just us, but it seems like too many people ended up involved with our loan so continuity of advice and guidance was somewhat lacking.

Layal at PennyMac was amazing, she was kind personable and helped explain things to me. She helped me feel calm during that very stressful time. I had so many questions and a very unique situation. I honestly felt like she was a guardian angel who came to help in my very urgent time of need. I have already recommended people to her and will continue to do so as long as she is a loan officer.
Appreciated that the closing could be at my house on a Saturday.
It was better than we expected since everything was done on line.
