very knowledgeable & helpful
I had to reach out multiple times to get info to our realtor. The closing paperwork was hours late on the day of closing. We had to submit paperwork multiple times. We were told that our file was missing at one point. The realtor had very difficult time getting info and requested paperwork from loan personnel.
Really quick closing, really happy with new payment, no cost out of pocket for closing, everyone involved was very helpful and had great communication. Couldn't been happier.
Closing documents and closing request was never sent to title company and resulted in a missed appointment and wasted time on my families behalf

Facts and figures for cash to close and monthly payment were way different than originally discussed. Was told I’d be saving $100/mo more than I am. Same documents were requested several times. Called to notify them that I’d already sent the documents. Was then asked to send them again and pressure to “hurry before your rate lock expires”. Shouldn’t be hurrying your clients because your people didn’t see a document that was sent in. Overall experience was ok. But got very annoyed at some points.
Karen was very knowledgeable in helping putting the loan!! I would recommend her for a pay raise for her proficiency & expertness for which she had a high standard that the loan to go throught!
