If my the loan processors returned calls. If they told me that the closing fees would be up to 2 times as much quoted. If I did not get a surprise and they would have updated closing documents before I signed. I am very disappointed with process.

I love the fact that the process was so quick and easy to understand. What I did not like is that it was hard to communicate with someone on the other side, I was given information by one loan officer only to find out they did something else in the loan process, and they had me working with several different people, wasn't really clear on who I was to communicate with.
The long journey a refinancing finally came to a close bringing closure I'm bringing desired results. Thank you so much Bruce you're so wonderful. God bless
