I had a great experience with Latrice. If she wasn't able to answer the phone, she was quick to call me back to make sure all my answers were answered. She was knowledgeable, respectful and courteous. I enjoyed every interaction I had with her.

Humble helpful attitude from everyone who was involved in process
I was told that you would match other offers at the same rate and this was not done, but was so far in the process that I chose PennyMac even though the cost to do the loan with another would have ended with me having an additional 10-15k I could put towards debt. I felt as though I was lied to and communication was poor.
