This process started almost 2 months ago with the first loan being close due to inaccurate information provided by the previous loan team.

There were too many pennymac people involved and opportunities for confusion from the start. All of whom were nice, but the directives/information from the initial person, did not match the directives/information from the next person, and so on. It made for frustration on everyone's part.
