I want my mortgage to be lower than the old mortgage. But after they paid some bills off I was ok with it.
She was never available when I called and had to talk to numerous different people
Just an overall great and easy experience
I hate surveys like this. I feel that they are self serving rather than an honest effort to improve service. That being said I thought that the service I received was good.
Communication w PennyMac was very difficult. Recurrent incorrect documents were sent to me. Closing delayed 1 day due to poor communication between PennyMac and appraiser. Joselyn was incredibly kind, accommodating, professional and calm despite many last second issues. I do believe Manny and Joselyn went above and beyond to correct many last second issues.
Eric was great to work with. He was very energetic and ready to help answer any questions I had. He also returned my phone calls and/or responded to my emails in a very timely manner which was greatly appreciated!
Everything went very smooth. They even helped me with getting documents printed off since I don't have a laptop and printer to do that. They sent me a file that I could send to my work in order to print them. Total process was less then a month.
Faiza and the PennyMac team made the whole process smooth and easy. Thanks!
