Suzanne was excellent! For what she knew she Communicated to me!’ She was not the problem! Our date to close and that I was given was June 28th I realize there was a problem but Bryan Hollins Never communicated anything to us but to say Closing is on time! Which it was not ! I still asked a question at the end and instead of Politely saying you need to email this person he Ignored our email one more time! But yet you will give him the sale! From the start I was informed as to what to expect, possible time involvement in processing information and had consistent contact with one or more members of PennyMac. The closing documents were sent to me approximately 4 to 5 times with no changes. I do believe this may have been a computer error. I did email and report this issue but did not hear back. All in all I am very pleased with my experience.

Had they been clearer on what documents needed to be signed and when as well as communicating back to me when I emailed would have made it for a smoother experience. We had to reschedule closing due to them not communicating properly or at all! Was told we were good to go then the day after closing the first time I get a phone call saying we have to reschedule! Couldn’t have called the day of? Sent an email in the morning? Anything but waiting a full day after and not responding to multiple emails!
