Overall satisfied with the whole process. Especially once Mr. Morrow stepped in. He really helped out a lot in comparison to the loan specialist I had to work with in the beginning.
Clear, concise, quick. Process was very easy from start to finish.
My original loan rep Matt McGlinn was great. My first loan processor afterwards Jason Perez was disrespectful and breached my data by sharing information with my Buyer's Agent. I reached out to Ed VanSciver per his email regarding "While Jason Perez will remain your primary point of contact, if at any point we fail to meet your expectations, please contact me directly and I will be happy to address your concerns." He never replied to me. If it wasn't for Matt McGlinn I wouldn't have stayed with PennyMac for this process.
