Tanner did a good job at the front end of getting process started. Ammie did an incredible job and keeping me updated and what was needed to make the process smooth and quick. I would highly recommend PennyMac to any friends and family.
PennyMac worked as a team and was informed on all my needs and information that I requested and needed. Any time I needed an answer anyone that picked up the phone was able to answer. I was never pressured to get the loan.
My apologies for not responding to this survey earlier. Moving into our beautiful new house has come with an extraordinary amount of work. Sandra was very attentive during our loan process and responded to questions even during non business hours, no that's going above and beyond expectations.
