Great service
The entire loan process was simple and quick. When the team needed any information or documentation from me, they would email me and call to see if I had any questions. When I did have questions they answered them quickly and were very helpful.
Nancy was fantastic. She worked very hard to get us closed in the time frame we wanted. When my husband was found to be disabled by the VA, Nancy worked overtime to get the documents into the VA to get the VA funding fee waived. This was all done the the week before closing and she still made it happen. We are so happy it all worked out!
The team was very willing to work with our requests and the entire process was smooth.
Nicole was very professional, timely, understanding and helpful through the process. She is very detail orientated and was able to keep us focused on the task at hand.
