Even though the process took longer then expected. Candice Williams communication skills and her ability to emphasize with my frustration regarding the extremely long process made my experience please. The entire process was easy to navigate with the help of Penny Mac. They kept in touch and answered all questions I had. The people I dealt with were also super nice!
documents were submitted multiple times because of mistakes from borrower and title company. Communication was not good, I had to go through 4 closings to sign documents.
