My loan team
Michael was the 5th person to be handed our loan to, and he only had it for a very short time, Michael did his job very well, a problem arised and instead of Michael dismissing me, he figured out other options to rectify the situation and get us our Mortage. However this has nothing to do with Michael, but I am appalled that after being a customer of pennymac for 8 yrs and never missing or being late on my mortgage payment, even through the entire pandemic, I think the companies loyalty to a customer like myself is disgust... read more
