I was very pleased by the patience taken with answering all my questions and guiding me through my refinance experience.
PennyMac has a good level of customer service that exceeded my expectations. In opinion, the loan process was make easy by their well informed and trained staff. Both Eric Lewis and Barry Morrow provided accurate and timely information throughout the refinancing process. Not sure I do it again without these two professionals.
The level of communication.
Great interest rate for our loan, and a very professional and considerate staff to deal with as buying a home can be very stressful and they helped lower my stress levels.

Everything was good. Just waiting on ‘overnight Mail for distribution, etc.
