Nancy was fantastic. She worked very hard to get us closed in the time frame we wanted. When my husband was found to be disabled by the VA, Nancy worked overtime to get the documents into the VA to get the VA funding fee waived. This was all done the the week before closing and she still made it happen. We are so happy it all worked out!

The loan person did not communicate that they were changing the person of contact to the title company nor the real estate agent so neither of them could get in contact with the agent days before the closing. Very unacceptable and delayed the process multiple days.

I don't believe I ever talked to this Jessica Raynor. I called a couple times and never got a call back. Everything was communicated to me from someone else.

I had previously applied with Bank Of America for a HELOC and the experience was horrible. Service here was amazing and communication was great. Very fast process and much quicker than i expected. I highly recommend.

New title lien came right before closing so we had to extend. Took a few tries with the mailing label to get right and I had not caught it we would have had to extend. Overall great but just that last part.
