There’s too much to list here. I had the worst experience with buying my new home. The absolute worst… I’m almost at a loss for words to explain how utterly terrible and painful it was.
The assistance and explanation of the process as well as the speed with which it was completed was great.
Not being charged additional closing costs for waiting on documentation from the sewer company when I was told there would be no charge.
It was not shared with me at the beginning of this process that the loan amount could only be 80% of the home's appraised value. There were no exceptions made, despite being a customer of PennyMac for the past 5 years. This is not a reflection on Candice Williams, who tried reaching out to the original loan officer to see if there were exceptions made after I had not received a response to my inquiry email.
Everyone was very professional and super friendly. They were there whenever we had any questions and were very through with the whole process.
