Went faster than I expected. There was a document that wasn't present when I did my closing with the notary, but that wasn't Pennymac's fault.
I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about refinancing my home. I was able to speak to Russ who was very patient with me and had my questions answered quickly. The refinancing went very smoothly and in a timely manner. I am a US Navy veteran and Russ and other PENNYMAC employees I spoke with treated me with great respect and I definitely and highly recommend PENNYMAC to active duty and retired military personnel. I now can relax and enjoy my home! THANK YOU!
Overall my refinance was simple and easy . Very pleased with the staff and process.
