Great experience
Crystal was absolutely wonderful!!! This is NO reflection on her. Was asked for the same documents multiple times. Was asked to review my disclosures AFTER I had closed.
The process was relatively smooth and I enjoyed working with Penny Mac. Roberto Montoya was wonderful through the process as well.
We got the run around from Paulette. We were asked way to many times to print and fax the same document multiple times. We had to pay for the forms to get printed and also to get them faxed. When she would send me an email for a paper we needed it was never attached. Had to go online and print it out myself. When it was time for closing they again had the wrong address. We told her and 2 other people that they had our address wrong. When we were supposed to close the lady never showed up I called her and left 2 messages. She... read more
