Great experience
Everything went really smooth. Everyone keep up the good work.
Linda was great. She called when she said she was going to and let me know what to expect next. She even escalated the final steps of closing to a supervisor (without me saying a word), because she felt the process was taking too long. Thanks again Linda!
Latrice was great! We did have some communication issues within Pennymac, but none of those issues were her fault and she went out of her way to make sure everything was settled and worked out the way it was supposed to.
I believe it would have been better if all parties that were involved were communicating. The experience was very frustrating to say the least. I know this survey is about Latrice, and not everyone else who had to get involved in our loan process, so I will just say we needed better communicaton.
That Veronica called for the appraisal on time so it didn’t delay my closing and cost me thousands of dollars. Then she lied about it to my wife and her supervisor.
