As a company I’ve had a good experience with PennyMac. Nicole did not respond to e-mails and was hard to get ahold of. She also e-mailed me incorrect information about a rate lock the Friday night before a long weekend which was very stressful. Obviously it would be better to get correct information. It would also have been better to have been called within a dedicated day and timeframe chosen by me as well. I was never available when Nicole called which was usually around 6-7pm.
Had a good experience. Any questions I had were answered promptly, as for all info collected. The process was smooth
Overall friendliness of the team
Lori was great. Clearly explained things, called often to check in and really helped navigate a sticky situation. Loved Lori
