Jonathan Weiss and his supervisor, during part I of the loan process, were woefully unresponsive and failed to deliver.
Document requests were made repeatedly for the same docs. Description of docs requested unclear. Uploaded the same docs multiple times. Submitted docs not recognized on Pennymac end. Worked with multiple processors - too many.
I like the service.
The people I talked with at pennymac knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed to do and got the job done with quick results. Thanks
