The experience and how everything was handled was well above expectations. The way everything was communicated and how this would help.
Veronica was very polite throughout the process and kept me informed.
Destini and the rest of the team did a great job being accessible to answer questions and clarify things along the way. Being a business owner / self employed the process was a little more challenging but they made sure that I understood and was clear on processes along the way.
The process was somewhat hampered by either the servicer or a disconnect in the pennymac team. We provided the same documentation several times, we explained where everything came from, and in the end Norma was either kept in the dark from the beginning or she just plain didn't understand (possibly new to this). Example - we provided at least 3 months worth of banks statements at Pennymacs request, each time explaining that the large influx of funds came from the sale of our previous home.
