Peter did an amazing job despite a process and requests made multiple times, an unusual requests made by Penny Mac that were highly unusual. In the last 6 months, I only provided all of my personal information to DOD for national security requirements and Penny Mac and now I am a victim of identity theft. I found your automated systems to be poorly designed while your customer service by Peter to be impeccable.
Loan was processed very fast kind customer service with Mrs Koke, instructions, were communicated and all my expectations were met
