Service was great
Veronica barely contacted us and out of the 3 times she did, 2 times she called the wrong number. During the last few days before closing I had to call in to get things fixed and escalated right up until a couple hours before closing. And the closing documents were wrong, I had to provide the correct ones sent to me by someone other than Veronica. I had to call the title company to get things taken care bc it was noted your company couldn’t reach them but when I spoke with them they said they just got off the phone with them... read more
My negative comments reflects only veronica. She dint care at all. Mathew bland was great. Veronica i have to followup with her multiple times. Never could reach her directly for anything. She never called me back.
Better communication. This was not Destiny's faults. The previous person who was working with me was terrible at getting/wanting documents. Bad at answering the phone. And then there was someone who was on the team and was no longer working for the company. An absolute s*** show. This took over 3 months.
I felt that although Tyra was more available than my last home loan specialist, she still didn't really advocate between me and the underwriters. Many times I had no idea what the underwriter was requesting and I didn't get much help from Tyra. Even though Ruben is no longer in the process, I had to reach out to him for assistance on multiple occasions. Despite my best efforts to close on time we still ended up closing at 90+ days.
Ms. Edna was a polished professional at all times. Thanks for the great experience! Be blessed
