My experience with Pennymac was 100% positive. The employees that managed my loan were very professional and what they told me was exactly what happened. I could not have asked for more.
To finally reach the point of closing
Mary was awesome! I began the process with Joel Lamm. He was horrible. Asked him numerous times to get back to me, through email and never once did. I was directed by an operator to his supervisor. I left a detailed message and no response. Called back next day and left another, still no response. I would recommend Mary to any and everyone but I really would not recommend Pennymac because I’ve never done business with a company that doesn’t respond to their customers.
Nicole was fantastic and is very deserving of a bonus. I could not have asked for a better person to help us through this process!
