Although I am completing this survey for DESTINI SCHRODER I am unsure if my unpleasant experience was solely due to my interactions with DESTINI SCHRODER. Professional, competent, gregarious, and well trained in customer relations.
The loan application process was very good but towards the end of the loan it was hard to get ahold of someone to answer questions. I only spoke to Tyra twice but spoke to other 3-4 times as she wasn't available or it was a really long delay before I received a response.
She was outstanding she deserves a bonus thank you
The communication is what made it great.
