Chaix ended strong, but we had a very rocky start. During our first phone call, Chaix told me we would not be able to close on the same day the house we were selling and the house we were buying. I had been assured by my amazing loan officer Jacqueline Srgo this would be fine and is a common practice. Chaix was adamant that it was not possible. Grace Sparks was outstanding in every aspect and at every step throughout the loan process. She called me regularly to provide updates so I always knew where we were in the process. This is the second mortgage that I have had with PennyMac; their service is outstanding. As for Grace Sparks I would highly recommend that anyone starting to shop a mortgage to seek out Grace to lead you through the process.
