Grace and Tommy Palacios were an absolute blessing and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everything was communicated very clearly, if I had any questions or concerns, things were answered in a very timely manner. Jessica was great and helped me so much. She actually prevented me from walking away and choosing another lender. The issues with my property taxes and multiple fixes on the final cash to close were extremely frustrating. Thankfully, Jessica got it all fixed. But Essentially we should have been done within 1 week but the mess up on the property taxes and the back and forth delayed it almost another 3 whole weeks.
