Having everyone on the same page. Having your associates look on the portal before they ask repeatedly for the same documents. Make sure they are communicating to the APPROPRIATE person. And answering emails/questions in a timely manner or expressing that they answered through the portal.
Grace and Tommy Palacios were an absolute blessing and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Everything was communicated very clearly, if I had any questions or concerns, things were answered in a very timely manner.
